Instruction

Online registration will be available from September 2 to December 9 2016. Click the button below to go to the Online Registration Form at https://amarys-jtb.jp/. Please read "Application Procedure" for more detail about the registration.

Early registration rates will be honored for all registrations received by 23:59, Monday 31st October 2016 (JST, UTC+9). Student rates are available.
If you plan to attend APIS and ICADL2016, please select "APIS+ICADL Regular (Student)" on the registration form. All workshop participants are required to register for both the workshop and ICADL2016.
Payments by credit card will be accepted. The due date for the payment is Dec. 9, 2016. Please note that payments will not be accepted after this date.

 Letter of Invitation

Please send a request message to icadl16-contactml.cc.tsukuba.ac.jp, if you need a letter of invitation to participate in the International Forum 2016 (APIS 2016, ICADL 2016 and/or Ideathon). If you need additional documents for visa application to enter Japan, please indicate it in the request message.
